Liked: The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel itself is in dire need of updating. It felt rundown and the parking lot was almost empty. This is an indication that very few people were booked at this hotel. I noticed the adjacent hotel parking lots were full, so it wasn't just a slow time of the year.

Liked: Nice large room. Friendly staff. Very good hot breakfast. Location is great - quiet and on the river.
Disliked: Property is in need of some upkeep but given the age it is pretty well maintained.

Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was that when I arrived there was a line up of 4-5 people for registration. Those waiting had already been waiting for 10-20 minutes. I waited for another 15-20 minutes before the clerk showed up. He just said he was late because he was checking rooms. He had not left any signage to indicate where he was. He never apologized to any of us who were waiting.
