The hotel is old and...

Disliked: Room was not the size promised. The shower had 1/2 used bottles of shampoo and conditioner on a shelf. It appeared the maid had not cleaned the bathroom. The carpet was dirty and gross. The front desk clerk was rude.

Liked: Location
Disliked: There were no towels or bath soaps provided. The toilet and shower had something growing on it. The carpet cleaner or deodorizer smell was overwhelming. The bar or nightclub was too loud too late to get a peaceful rest.

Disliked: Booking was not correct. Only one in four ice machines worked. General lack of maintenance.

Disliked: Very outdated, dirty, stained rugs, hair in the shower, spider webs all over the patio, had desk but no chairs to sit on.

Carefully Check Before You Lock...

Liked: Not much. Large but strange room design, like two rooms combined. Four flights of stairs to 2nd floor room. Check-out staff /manager very understanding of multiple room issues.
Disliked: Shilo under bankruptcy. We did not know. Lots of small issues. All lamps unplugged. Had to move heavy furniture to use. Old electrical outlets. Would not hold chargers. Missing hairdryer. Dirty behind movable furniture. Poor internet connection - no password system. I could go on and on. Dated facility needs lots of attention for the many things you expect for the price charged.Way over priced for what you get.
