Not good

Liked: Staff was very nice and helpful
Disliked: When we arrived they gave us the wrong room without 2 beds then offered us another room but it smelled like an ashtray and beds were very uncomfortable. I’m in a wheelchair and requested ad accessibility room but couldn’t get it because of the mix up.

Over priced! Could have stayed...

Liked: The bed was good. Pool was good.
Disliked: No breakfast, hole in arm of couch, paint on ceiling in bathroom peeling, wall paper coming off wall around toilet, toilet did not flush without jiggling the handle, fridge door broken on inside, fan in bathroom squeeking loudly, desk staff very unfriendly, smoking area outside terrible, broken dangerous chairs. Hot tub not working right,

We slept well.

Liked: Conveniently located.
Disliked: No real complaints about the property… but we tried to bring up the news concerning the fires on the TV. Had trouble, or there just wasn’t any local news channels available. It was frustrating is all.

Won't go to a Shilo...

Liked: This hotel was advertised as having an on-site restaurant and lounge, they haven't had one since Thanksgiving last year. It was also advertised as having hot breakfast which was also not true, only coffee and water were available, we asked for utensils to eat our takeout dinner which they could not provide.
Disliked: I paid way too much money for what was provided which was pretty much a place to sleep.

Liked: Location wasn't bad
Disliked: I didn't like the cockroach that I woke up to. The pools and hot tub were closed and the sauna smelled awful. We stayed out of desperation of a last minute trip, price wasn't bad for what was advertised until we got there. Next time I'd choose somewhere else to go for sure. It'll get you by in a pinch I guess.
