Disliked: Just broken elevators, but that’s out of their control

Liked: Just the staff, they did everything they could to accommodate me. However, the hotel is dirty. It's disgusting, it stinks, the elevators are broken. The rooms are filthy.
Disliked: There was nothing. I liked about the hotel it was filthy.
