Liked: Fantastic location, wonderful staff
Disliked: Tired hotel with threadbare carpets held together in places by black tape, shower not powerful at all

Liked: Staff all friendly and helpful.Room and bathroom good size and meticulously clean.Breakfast buffet extensive. Cooked breakfast excellent, and served on HOT plates - a great improvement on most sites.Great value for money
Disliked: Carpeting in all public areas in very poor condition, detracting from the overall impression of an otherwise impressive hotel.

Great staff, adequate food, reasonable...

Liked: A pleasant location, easy to find and convenient for my purpose. Cheerful, friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. The food was unpretentious, but adequate!
Disliked: A single room is ridiculously small - nowhere to sit, apart from on the bed, which was on wheels, and slowly moved away from me until I jammed it with the wooden chair!

Liked: Nice, clean rooms. Worth paying for the river view as it is lovely.
Disliked: Walls are thin but to be expected in an older hotel I suppose.

Liked: Everything as expected having stayed many times before
Disliked: There was no opening window.French doors could not safely be left open overnight.No other ventilation..We prefer fresh air whilst sleeping.
