Liked: We stay here a lot, sometimes it’s slightly varied but this was a great stay. Prices were good, we asked for a particular room which they gave us, used the sauna which was A+ and ate multiple times for breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and the service and food were both great.
Disliked: Still think the checkout time could be more generous than 10am considering they are very strict on 3pm checkin.

Liked: Studio was very spacious and comfortable. Beds were good. The on site restaurant was exceptional.
Disliked: Our room had a large sliding door opening onto an undercover walkway. Not very private unless you closed the curtains.

Great place to stay.

Liked: Great space, great facilities, great restaurant, friendly staff. The sauna is a nice touch! Note. This is not close to queenstown. We had a car and were happy to drive, there are bus services close by. For us it was great to not be in the centre of queenstown.
Disliked: The bathrooms are ok. Would be nice to have a shower handle. But otherwise clean and sufficient enough for our stay.

Unique property with comfortable rooms,...

Liked: The location was nice - close to Queenstown, but far enough from the city center to be quiet and easy to get in and out without the town traffic. The restaurant food was quite unique, and the staff were all friendly. My room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the coffee bar, sink, refrigerator, and amenities were all useful.
Disliked: I requested an accessible room since I was using a knee scooter due to an injury. My room was on the first floor, had a roll-in shower, and there was a grab bar next to the toilet. Unfortunately, there was no shower chair/bench and no grab bar in the shower area. There was a raised threshold at the entry door that required me to raise my scooter wheels about 2 inches to get over it, and the restaurant had no standard-height tables on the main level, only pub tables. For these reasons, along with the rough pavement and hilly terrain in the parking lot, I would NOT recommend this property for anyone with limited mobility (the property is fine for an able-bodied person). I did send an email to reception listing these issues, and they confirmed that the information was passed on to management. Hopefully they will address these for future guests. One other thing to consider when selecting a room: I paid extra for a “lake view” room, but being on the first floor and having a large tree right in front of the patio, my view was a “partial” lake view at best and no mountains. In the future, I wouldn’t pay to upgrade rooms unless I was going to be on the 2nd floor.
