Liked: The friendliest and most catering staff ever! Great location and facilities. The restaurant is also lovely, probably one of the best coffees in QT
Disliked: If i had one complaint it would be: the bathroom taps are fidgety, however bearable.

Easy access, Friendly staff, Reasonble...

Liked: The room was clean and spacious enough. There was everything all we needed for stay. The location is about 3km from the center, so very close to find your restaurants. In addition to that, it is just along side the road. You cannot miss it if you drive a car. The view from the room was mostly covered by other buildings. So, I don't recommend some rooms if you stay longer or like to stay inside during your stay.
Disliked: Some water noises coming from the water tank? or next room? annoyed me. I'm not sure where that noise is coming from.Otherwiese, very quiet. I got very sound sleep.

Liked: Good size room & super confi beds. Tea/coffee in the room with a sitting down area. Extremely helpful staff, reception opened until 11pm. Parking space (free) which is a bonus when you are roaming around for a few weeks
Disliked: Restaurent meal was nice, however most dishes were pricy. There was not other options close-by for dinner, unless taking a taxi or drive to Queenstown CBD
