Disliked: Mostly Spanish speaking specifically in the housekeeping department you asked for something they will tell you okay and they will come back it takes multiple hours and phone calls before you get what you needs under staffing

After I got to me...

Liked: I loved my room. I had a ocean view balcony and it was beautiful. The air was not working properly but there was no need for it with the fan and balcony.
Disliked: Check in is at 4p and I was aware of that. I got there about 10am and asked for early check in when I booked. My room was not ready til 4pm on the dot. I booked a few people that came after me and they got their room before me. It was crazy and I was upset. They have breakfast but eggs and bacon have to be brought separately. I didn’t know that and had to go back to my room to get money.

Disliked: Under staffed, we were not able to check in until 7:00pm, and personal was cool and dry. Not customer service oriented facility.

Disliked: I didn’t like the way of staffing speaking Spanish instead of English
