Liked: Quiet, clean and very comfortable! Bigger room than I expected. We were greeted by the owner and he was very helpful with directions. I am not sure about the location as we came late and next day left Christchurch but everything was perfect for us.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Great value and great host. So much good info and local recommendations.
Disliked: The shower was a little tricky to operate. Water control is hard to reach for shorter people. And the water pressure made the handheld shower hard to control.

Liked: Very kind and helpful staff - explained everything and showed us around. The ooms were good, nice shower etc. Laundry facilities good. Ample parking though not lots of space for turning. It is about 20 minutes from the town but easy to walk to. Good air conditioning and cooking facilities.
Disliked: Not much - vey pleasant place.

Liked: Very convivial owner, very helpfully provided us with maps and directions to walk into the City and get to the car hire drop off. Real coffee and fresh milk provided.
