Unhappy and will not stay...

Liked: Next to tram stop
Disliked: Unfriendly, cleaniness and respond to complaints.Beds not made when we came back. Floor was dirty, house keeping staffs were very unfriendly.

Disliked: Breakfast was good only grouse was having to wait for up to 10-12 min to be seated due to restaurant not having sufficient seating and then having to be seated out of the restaurant

Old fashion hotel

Disliked: Far from the center , At the check in they deducted twice from my account and when I asked to refund the payment they told me to wait for 14 days although it was their mistake and when I insisted they refund it , I requested from the room service a bottle of water , they asked me to come to the reception and buy it
