Simply fantastic.super staff

Liked: Superb facilities. Terrific restaurant, especially breakfast with truly exceptional staff. Exec lounge and staff were great. Love the place.
Disliked: Cannot find anything I didn’t like

Liked: All experiences are super.
Disliked: But until now, we did not receive the deposit refund from Sheraton Zurich yet,. And we have contacted them for few times and took about the CHF 300 refund. Maybe we have to continue await

Very poor

Disliked: I felt completely dissatisfied! Our room was a completely SAUNA! 26 Celsius !!! I asked for help to the front desk and NOTHING!! We couldn’t sleep ANY DAYS!! Had headaches cause of the heat. And besides that!! The first morning we asked for breakfast and was more than an hour late. One of the worst nights and experience we ever had.
