The chalet is fine for a one night stay but if I needed a room with a fridge and microwave, it wouldn't do.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and polite.
Disliked: The toilet handle was broken and we had to remove the tank lid every time we needed to flush the toilet, then push and hold the flapper down so the tank would fill up.

Liked: The lobby area was nice
Disliked: The rooms are needing updated! Popcorn ceilings, bubbling wall paper, very low ceiling, not very clean, and smelled like old cigarettes.

Comfy bed!

Liked: The bed was very comfy and pillows were good. I checked in a bit early so took a double bed room instead of a king. The location is nice with the bars and eateries next door. The mall IS NOT a typical mall but I did go to a comedy show.
Disliked: The hotel was full of kids there for a soccer tournament. Saturday afternoon got rained out so they were running all over the hotel. Luckily I travel with earplugs. When I tried to have dinner, the restaurant was dark and a wedding reception was starting in the bar and all over. I ordered a soup at the bar and took it back to my room. I got the first airport shuttle in the morning and didn’t stay for breakfast.

Good location but too much...

Liked: The room is very spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The location worked well for me since my office is close to the hotel. You can find many restaurants and bars closed to the hotel.
Disliked: Besides the fact that the rooms are quite good, the biggest issue was the noise coming from the air conditioning. To be honest, it was terrible. I could not sleep well.

Disliked: Starting with the customer service at the check in desk they were rude, did not help you by letting you know what time check out is and where and how much breakfast was. The rooms were dirty and had mold in them, the balcony was gross and dirty then we asked to be moved rooms and we got that but the beds were super small.

Disliked: the grounds were so clean and beautiful, close to all the best attractions and the chalet was awsome
