Great hotel with great restaurants...

Liked: Rooms were spacious and clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Sheraton even provided us with beautiful refillable water bottles.
Disliked: The pools were always packed and it was next to impossible to get chairs. We had to stand and wait for hours to for someone to get up and leave. Also, the pool areas only had a few umbrellas. Guests are left roasting in the hot Hawaiian sun.

Liked: Renovated rooms, really good location.
Disliked: Not nearly enough beach chairs or umbrellas, pools with all chairs “reserved” with a towel but nobody there using them, staff could be friendlier, getting a towel with a card doesn’t always work (at the end of the day they are out of cards, you leave the towel and in the next day they don’t trust you left the towels and ask you to go to the front desk)! Really expensive self parking, breakfast with very few options (especially for longer stays).

Ideal for a short beachside...

Liked: Amazing resort ! Loads of shops, a supermarket, two coffee shops & beach view bars & restaurant. Great location.
Disliked: Sun beds far too close together
