Excellent hotel, great location, great...

Liked: Very nice location right in downtown Vancouver. Very elegant and modern building. Excellent service from the staff.
Disliked: Everything was great!

Disliked: Non cancelation when having to depend on air travel to reach the city. Weather can cause transportation issues.

I would stay here over...

Liked: The staff was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. The room was spacious and the bed and bedding were so comfortable. I slept like a baby.
Disliked: The shower was outdated. It definitnely needed a new shower head.
