Great place to stay; staff super friendly and helpful and courteous; room was excellent; location perfect!

Liked: Restaurant, bar and room were all great!

We had a pleasant stay

Liked: Breakfast was good. I didn’t realize we had the option to order from the menu until the last morning, while we were already eating, so that was a little bit disappointing.
Disliked: That there’s no club room or extra benefits for those who have paid extra to be on the top floors. The fairmont has a whole floor dedicated to members only and they have a guest lounge which has cocktails and breakfast on a whole other level. Drinks (including alcohol) are all included and it’s help yourself.
