Liked: Hello, I would like to start this email off by saying first and foremost. It was a horrible first impression As a first time guest at this hotel, the front desk staff member”youstina” forgive me if I spelled it wrong but I’m sure you’ll understand the member I’m speaking of. She was extremely rude horrible customer service. I was told on the phone prior to driving seven hours to your establishment. I was able to have an early check in once I arrived after an exhausting drive. All I wanted to do was take a shower and get a drink at the bar so I asked for an early check-in. She denied me after I told her I spoke with someone and they said it was OK. She continued to deny that I spoke to someone and insisted she put my name on a list and she would call once the room was available three hours go by. I have to call back because she did not call me and inform me my room was ready as she stated she would. Once arrived back for check-in, I was greeted by her once again with the same demeanor. It was very unpleasant and unprofessional. When asked why she did not call if the room was ready she replied with I forgot This is very unprofessional and overall a horrible experience. I will never recommend this establishment or hotel to any of my friends, family or colleagues. It was not a very welcoming demeanor. I hope this is addressed and brought to the staff members attention that people willing to spend money at these establishments as a guest do deserve some type of friendly customer service and or manners thank you
