Wonderful hotel in a great location; great service and nice clean rooms!

Liked: Nice clean rooms; wonderful service and amenities; great location!

Really happy with my stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable with simple but elegant decor. The location was very convenient, just one block from subway Q line, so easy access to uptown Manhattan (15 minute subway ride to Central Park and Times Square).

Liked: Friendly, accommodating staff. Good location. Clean and safe.

Disliked: elevator didn't work for the entire stay, I was on 3rd floor gym is embarrassing

Good location but saddest room...

Liked: The location is convenient and the facilities are good
Disliked: This must have been one of the saddest room I have ever stayed in in NYC. The prices are very high in December everywhere but for a similar cost, there are much better hotels around. The decor needs an upgrade and quickly.
