Really happy with my stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable with simple but elegant decor. The location was very convenient, just one block from subway Q line, so easy access to uptown Manhattan (15 minute subway ride to Central Park and Times Square).

Liked: Great location, staff helpful & friendly. Rooms clean & comfortable, decent size for NY location.
Disliked: Club lounge offers very limited hours, services & products. Very disappointing when compared to other club facilities. Staff in this location not particularly helpful.

Liked: Property was in a good location and the staff were helpful.
Disliked: On the last night we had two rooms for our family and we were unable to enter one of the rooms as the lock had broken. It took hours to fix and the compensation offer was derisory, given 2 rooms were spoilt for one whole night. We had to cram into one room and nobody got any sleep during this time. Spoiling what had been an otherwise good stay.

An affordable alternative to anything...

Liked: The hotel is located on Canal street , very close to the subway and very close to some good take away restaurants. I did a morning walk to the Hi- Line ( appr 30 minutes ) and to the 9/11 memorial also about 30 minutes. Little Italy is around the corner.

Liked: Room was very very clean, King size bed was a huge plus. The location was great, right in the middle of Soho if you are looking to visit there. The check in process was super fast and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: I can't complain about anything.
