Wonderful hotel in a great location; great service and nice clean rooms!

Liked: Nice clean rooms; wonderful service and amenities; great location!

Really happy with my stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable with simple but elegant decor. The location was very convenient, just one block from subway Q line, so easy access to uptown Manhattan (15 minute subway ride to Central Park and Times Square).

Liked: Friendly, accommodating staff. Good location. Clean and safe.

Liked: Location was very convenient, close to several subway stations
Disliked: Staff weren’t very friendly, slow to help at the front desk which is especially frustrating when trying to get to the airport on time. Bathroom floor wasn’t super clean, didn’t feel like a 4-star experience.
