This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. They were remodeling but it was still a nice place. Didn't spend much time there because I attended a concert, so I only used the hotel to sleep but I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: Friendly staff; clean room.
Disliked: Only negative - pool was not available

Didn't have much time here - checked in at 4pm, went to a concert and checked out at 8am. But from what we saw, it is a very nice hotel with friendly people. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Liked: Very nice and clean.

The room was very clean and orderly. Plenty of towels and bathroom was spotless with lots of amenities available. I would recommend the Crowe Plaza to my friends and plan on staying there again soon!

Liked: Everything was broken, pool wasn’t heated. Breakfast wasn’t even included, after how much we paid for just One night. The room was so dirty :( not even exaggerating

I enjoyed it and would...

Liked: The staff and property were excellent.
Disliked: The ice machine being on the complete opposite side of the second floor. Room not having a microwave.
