This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. They were remodeling but it was still a nice place. Didn't spend much time there because I attended a concert, so I only used the hotel to sleep but I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Didn't have much time here - checked in at 4pm, went to a concert and checked out at 8am. But from what we saw, it is a very nice hotel with friendly people. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

The room was very clean and orderly. Plenty of towels and bathroom was spotless with lots of amenities available. I would recommend the Crowe Plaza to my friends and plan on staying there again soon!
