It was disappointing

Disliked: I usually have closure on the bedroom from sitting area but there was none usually a tv in both rooms but only 1 on a swivel

Bad hotel overall

Liked: A/C Not working and the staff were not helpful I will never recommend Sheraton Breakfast very bad and expensive for the price

Worst hotel experience

Liked: Picked this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We booked a room with a balcony, but didn’t get the room with a balcony. The air conditioning unit was broken and it was 80 degrees…having the balcony could have helped some. We did receive a fan but it was very stuffy and uncomfortable. We will NEVER stay in another Sheraton EVER!
