Very nice hotel for a quick business trip. Would definitely recommend.

Had a good time although wish my family could have got to enjoy the pools more - it was just too crowded and small. Also, it was not mentioned online that we had to pay a fifty dollar room fee and does mention restaurant but charged a big price for breakfast and lunch.
Liked: Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Rooms were small, and not sure if they were cleaned right because we found other people's things under the sofa sleeper.

Excellent - would stay again!
Liked: Hotel very close to American Airlines Center. Shuttle took us there. Staff was amazing. We were just there for a few minutes before someone called to see if they could help and check if the room was OK. They also found out information for me and contacted me back within just a few minutes. We also had our dog with us and had no problems. Would definitely stay again.

Liked: Nice room with a balcony. Beds were very comfortable, but small. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, but there were no clean towels available.
Disliked: No one ever answered the front desk phone when we called several times from our room. Also, check in was very slow. The employee did not seem to know what he was doing.

My daughter is in a wheelchair, so the lobby in front of the doors was hard to get through with in/out traffic for checking in. With her being in a wheelchair, I had to park in a handicap space that they charged a crazy amount of almost 9 dollars - I had no choice but to park - just wrong. Also, I didn't like the soda vending machine being card only - couldn't get my debit card to work, so had to go all the way down to the busy lobby and wait for a soda. Just crazy.
Liked: Staff was very helpful.
Disliked: I think breakfast was a little highly priced really, on continental.

This was a clean hotel and very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would have been nice to know that the wi-fi and parking were not free and that there was no alarm clock or caffinated coffee in the room. Would stay here again!
Liked: Very clean and quiet.
Disliked: No alarm; pay for parking.

We walked to Medieval Times - so convenient. Rooms had balconies, and there were indoor and outdoor pools and a hot tub - great!
Liked: We loved the room.

The hotel is right next to Medieval Times dinner theatre and right off I-20 so access to both is great
Liked: Very positive
