This hotel was great! I loved the location; the front desk staff was very nice and professional, and the room was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: Check in was smooth and easy.
Disliked: The gate for garage parking was broken, and you had to buzz someone to open the gate everytime you needed to leave.

A nice, clean hotel with very helpful staff.

Liked: Shuttle drove us to the Cobb Center for the concert and picked us up at 11:00 PM although the service normally ended at 9:00PM. I will always use the hotel for concert stays. The dining room provided a great meal and service. No need to go out.

Disliked: There was a slight odor in room and door wouldn't shut minor things

Disliked: Netflix shut off every 3 minutesRefrigerator wasn’t cold.Toilet made noises throughout the nightIce machines weren’t close by. I was on 3rd floor ice machines are on 12th-15th and 17th floor.

Liked: Everyone we spoke to was very friendly. Breakfast was great, very good selection of food. Good location to where we needed to go. The room was very clean including the bathroom.
Disliked: The room was a little too warm for us. The air would cool down the room a little, but not enough to satisfy us. We were on the third floor, which we liked.
