Perfection personified - no exaggeration!

Liked: Absolutely everything, the service was the best we’ve ever received, the ambience and the facilities were everything you’d ever need and the staff! 💯 best I’ve ever encountered, they clearly love their jobs and it shows!

Disliked: Did not get the room I reserved .. gave me a double instead of a king bed . Charged the same .Shower piping leaked from wall - unsafe water everywhere.Staff was not helpful at all Noisy form trains
