Liked: Safe was kind, room was clean i liked the location of the room. Check in and check out was easy
Disliked: Online I thought it said there was a free breakfast but there wasn't it was $18 a person. There wasn't any wash clothes in the room. They told us the refundable deposit was only $50 and it was 107 we are waiting to see if is all refunded.

Good stay! Would book again.

A great stay-cation. We went...

Liked: From the moment I arrived I was impressed. Very nice, clean facility and priced right considering its proximity to ORD (shuttle too). Alex checked me in and answered questions very well. My suite was exceptionally clean, and everything worked! Bath and fixtures were all perfect! Hats off to your staff, all areas including the pool and common areas were spotless. There also appeared to be some sort of walking area or patio outside, I saw many people using while I was in the pool. The buffet breakfast was fabulous! A real restaurant buffet, definitely NoT the usual hotel lobby toast and coffee kind. Everything was fresh, well prepared and non-greasy. big variety, and staff kept everything well-stocked.
Disliked: The pool was exceptionally clean (no greasy ring) and lots of towels, but for me, just a few degrees warmer in the pool. It wasn't cold, just could have been a bit warmer.Other than that, a perfect stay.

Liked: Never had a worse hotel experience. The room we are in is over 85 degrees and management claims that there is nothing they can do about it.
Disliked: No AC (Management claims if central heat is on, turning the AC only blows hot air)— this would have been nice to tell your guests before we turned it on for an hour and a half thinking it would cool the room.
