The suite room is spacious...

Liked: The suite room is spacious and very clean. Though old fashioned, the room is very comfortable. The hotel service is excellent. They don’t charge pet fees.
Disliked: None.

Liked: Room was excellent, staff very friendly
Disliked: we had booked a Club Level room with Lounge access. However, we were advised upon arrival that lounge was closed for renovation. We were given some vouchers for starters in the hotel restaurant to compensate but this was highly inadequate. It would have been fair to inform us beforehand so that we could have chosen a different property.

This is a great hotel...

Liked: It is a beautiful hotel- clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience for our family. The hotel has a great location close to great restaurants and bars.
Disliked: There wasn't anything that we didn't like.
