Almost perfect but not quite

Liked: Almost everything, in particular staff attitude
Disliked: Noise from ongoing reparation. Shower drain was not working which caused flood and I had to move to the adjacent room

Liked: Location is just perfect, everything in a walking distance. Hotel is very nice, crew is helpful and breakfast is amazing.

Liked: There was a lot of noise, and we had no water after 12 PM!

Liked: Location was good as it’s walkable from central train station
Disliked: Poor hospitality, lack of understanding and arrogant staff (kitchen manager).

Liked: Some staff tried to improve my stay, but the team was disconnected. One guy was saying something, the other guy something else
Disliked: I booked the hotel at a deal 2 months ahead. It should had said pick hammer and drilling walls special!!!Although one member said they found another room for us, but it was in the same section. Drilling walls vibration goes through walls. So, another member said the drilling team will stop work as this is Xmas week. Of course they didn't stop.I talked to the manager, he said there is nothing they can do, and cannot ask the team to stop drilling as they have their own schedule.Seriously, you want to do construction, and still make your rooms available for booking? Such a shame!
