Good

Liked: For a price of 300+ euros per night, this hotel does not meet true 5-star standards. While the rooms are nicely designed, they are quite small, and the lack of bathroom heaters is a noticeable drawback. The location is also not ideal—there’s nothing nearby except a few small fast-food shops, with most other places at least 1 km away. However, the staff was excellent—helpful, attentive, and truly made a difference in the experience.
Disliked: The water pressure at the shower was not great, which is disappointing for a fully renovated hotel. The breakfast is OK , nothing special.

Would definitely return

Poor experience with the state...

Liked: The location is good and the staff pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Very old, poorly maintained and there were construction works going on at the property. So it was quite noisy.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and location is amazing
Disliked: The exhaust fan in the toilet was very loud and annoying, couldn't get proper sleep because of how loud it was. I mentioned it to the staff and did nothing about it.In the middle of the night I woke up to a very bad smell (sewage) coming from the toilet, although the door was properly closed.

Very good

Liked: The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. It was under renovation in some floors but this was not obvius at all.The staff is really helpfull and nice and that is the most important point.
Disliked: I mailed them prior our arrival to order some flowers for my wife as we celebrated her birthday there. They delivered the flowers and everything was fine. However, the hotel didn't even send a birthday card to the room for her.I work in hospitality and as we scan all guests passports we know their birthdays, so we send a complimentary cake to the room when one of our guest celebrates their birthday during their stay. I thought Sheraton would do something, they didn't even send a card.

It was very poor but...

Liked: We liked that we had a safe place to sleep. Staff / receptionists were super sweet and helpful so this poor review and experience has nothing to do with them. They also upgraded our room with a nice view.
Disliked: We were both shocked that this is a well know five star hotel. I stayed in Sheraton in Warsaw and it was amazing and beautiful. Here the room was not clean enough with hairs in the bathroom, the room was cold even we put the heating up, the lower part of bedsheet was dirty, mold stains, stains on the ceiling, damaged walls, dust, the bathroom door was in poor condition. Overall I'm shocked because staying in hostel room last year felt like heaven comparing to this room.

Good location, poor rooms, horrendous...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Bathrooms need work on them. Guests should not be put next to or underneath rooms which are being renovated - which we were only told was happening when we arrived. I thought that was really poor. We were shown a new room to move to when the noise became too much - but we were then moved to a completely different room. This room also had drilling and banging going on right above again. Really poor consideration of guests happiness and comfort during their stay.
