Concert hotels was very helpful in getting me a room with not much notice for the Ironman 70.3 after our Airbnb host cancelled. The hotel worked out perfectly for my family and I. My girls loved the pool!

Disliked: The young man working at the counter was bit ride when checking out when I handed him the key card ( when I asked him if wanted the card, he took it out of my hand and just put it in the box on the counter— was very awkward for me)

Disliked: Paid over $400 . Room we were given already had someone in it. Very awkward. Was given club access because of that. Breakfast was supposed to be there 7-10. No breakfast at all. Very disappointing. Room was small and not very appealing. Parked in garage overnight. Was supposed to be $20. Couldn’t get out of the gate until we paid $48 Complained to front desk and was asked why we paid it! I told them we couldn’t get out of garage till we did ! Staff said they should have told us to pay at desk !! Very disappointed. We travel a lot and this has been the worst hotel for the price. Will not book a Sheraton again.

Liked: I was able to check in earlier than expected. The staff was very nice.
Disliked: The shower is not convenient, and the water barely drained at the bottom of the bathtub. The conditioner bottle was empty when I arrived.

Liked: The room I stayed in was nice. Smaller than I expected, however the view was nice and it was very clean. Bathroom was prestine and stocked with travel sized toiletries. The bed and linens were very clean. The interior of the building is unique and eye-catching.
Disliked: The booking price was $211.18 after fees and taxes and when I went to pay for my room once I got to the hotel, it ended up being $289.69. Over 70 dollars more than the price on booking.com. During my stay, the electricity was out in some areas of the building and they were running a generator to keep things running. As a result, the check in process was staggeringly long, but successful.
