Concert hotels was very helpful in getting me a room with not much notice for the Ironman 70.3 after our Airbnb host cancelled. The hotel worked out perfectly for my family and I. My girls loved the pool!

Nice place, but for all...

Liked: I love the restaurants and the facility as a whole. It was a convenient place for us to stay since we had to be at the Mass Mutual Center the next morning. All the staff were friendly and accomidating. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The parking garage to the hotel was full so we had to go around the corner which was a pretty good distance away from the front door of the hotel. Since we checked in at 9:30pm the parking area was a bit sketchy, dark and not lit up very well. There were no attendants and most of the parking closer to the hotel was for reserved parking, which most spaces were empty. So that was not favorable.The pool area was not impressive. The sauna was locked /closed. Both showers in the pool area were out of service, and the ladies room was out of order, leaving only one bathroom to change in and use the facilities. There were 5 of us altogether.We were charged $313.00 per room per night. We reserved 3 rooms, they were all corner rooms. One of the 3 rooms had a huge bathroom and was definitely bigger, yet the price for all 3 rooms was the same.We were booked on the 5th floor, but we were stuck going up and down in the elevator after check in because the desk attendants did not inform us to use the room card to get to the 5th floor, and we did not see a sign with instructions to do so.

Perfect location if you have...

Liked: Close to the MassMutual Center. It had an indoor pool and two restaurants inside which helped because the weather was awful and there wasn’t much opened nearby (walking distance) to eat.
Disliked: Expensive to stay
