Poor taxi booking system

Liked: Good location for Heathrow airport
Disliked: A tired and dull hotel. Was staying to catch an early flight. They claim they run a shuttle - they don’t. There were 2 booking machines by reception for Uber bookings that were not working. My Uber booking was then taken manually by the hotel but could not be found after 30 minutes.My confidence in hotel is zero

Liked: Location was easy together too even on the local bus to and from airport. Friendly welcoming staff across the board. Loved the Indian restaurant and breakfast menu
