Warm customer service

Liked: All staff were exceptionally polite. I was guest of the day so upgraded to a bigger room and complimentary breakfast which was a nice surprise upon checking in. Superb sports bar with plenty of big screens for the football.
Disliked: Breakfast quality should be better for this standard of hotel.

Room 1106: Easy access to...

Liked: The location is handy for an overnight stay if you have an early morning flight. The restaurants were also good. Had a great Burger in their Sports Bar.
Disliked: It was too hot in the room. The AirCon thermostat was ripped off the wall in my room so I couldn’t adjust it. The bed was also SUPER uncomfortable but that might be due to the heat in the room.
