Disliked: The beds were super hard the matress and had no fridge or microwave and for the price it is not worth it at all

Liked: Room, location, staff, quiet, nice grounds. I felt safe.
Disliked: Bistro was cold. Food came out cold even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. Our waiter was very nice and attentive but he also had to wear a beanie since I'm sure he was cold, too. Leaky and loose faucets in bathroom. Light fixtures rusty. Room thermostat didn't work properly.Wasn't expecting to have to pay for Wifi.

Disliked: No hot breakfast even after spending over $150 per night. In fact they made me wait for long at check in as they didn’t want to give me breakfast. On top of that, for a hotel that was barely occupied they charged for parking.Club lounge closed. Why book club room and pay so much extra? There was a weird smell in the entrance area Too noisy both from outside and from the corridor

Liked: Great hotel everything was so nice and clean. Staff was very nice and attentive. When asked for extra stuff would provide. Pool was great clean and warm. Very accommodating to an early check in for my family as arrived earlier than believed. Receptionist always available to help.
Disliked: There’s is a daily parking fee which I do not agree upon. Especially since it’s for people staying at the hotel. Fee should be for extra company or people not staying there.
