Liked: Room was nice. Bathroom had hairdryer, closet had ironing needs. Loved arm chair with pullout ottoman. Lighting choices good for reading in chair and working at desk. Convenient plugins at desk for charging. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Bed is too high. Difficult to get in & out of. Could not sit on bed.

Liked: The bed was very comfy. The room was generally clean and sound proofed
Disliked: The elevators beed replacement. Also the bathroom drainage looks dirty on the inside. This can be opened up and cleaned regularly otherwise it might spread bacteria

If you want a night's...

Disliked: Noisy. We booked for 4 nights, put up with the noise in the corridor during the evening and night for 2 and then checked out. No reimbursement from management for the two paid-for-not-used nights.

Worthy hotel adventure!

Liked: The front desk staff is very professional, willing to help & personable. The lobby & bar are classically upscale. The rooms are quiet; well styled and warm with old-school wood; real wine glasses, not plastic cups & the greatest mattress/linens I've encountered outside my home.This place is a definite stop in my travels. Convenient location & surface parking are a plus.
Disliked: The housekeeping staff needs better instructions on not disturbing guests with incessant knocking & opening doors. It's an easy fix.

Will return the next time...

Liked: Room was clean, quiet and comfy. An added plus was that bar service was open until 11pm. Nice to be able to enjoy a cocktail after a night out, before heading up to the room.

Disliked: Kay the front desk receptionist was very rude and was of no help when we explained that the bed linen had stains on both bed sheets. We requested new sheets or a change of room, and this was denied. She stated she will let the manager know tomorrow. This was unacceptable and she kept ‘ blowing’ us off. Absolutely poor customer service. We called the Marriott service customer team several times and they will not answer the phone at the front desk at the Rockville Sheraton. Very disappointing. Wall paper in room was kept up with a line of staples . Just disgusting!
