Disliked: The price I booked here through Booking.com was wrong after I checked in the hotel. They charged me for parking x3 and gave me not the room I booked here blaming me not booking through the hotel directly. Be aware when using booking.com

Liked: Spacious room and heating is effectiveBathroom is great.Staff in general is very attentive
Disliked: Room was not made on second day…. But staff replace complementary water bottle when requested.

Liked: Room was nice. Bathroom had hairdryer, closet had ironing needs. Loved arm chair with pullout ottoman. Lighting choices good for reading in chair and working at desk. Convenient plugins at desk for charging. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Bed is too high. Difficult to get in & out of. Could not sit on bed.

I love the serenity

Liked: The bed was very comfy. The room was generally clean and sound proofed
Disliked: The elevators beed replacement. Also the bathroom drainage looks dirty on the inside. This can be opened up and cleaned regularly otherwise it might spread bacteria
