Great ambience perfect location

Liked: Location was great the hotel had a spacious outdoor area with a pool, bar and a games room
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Parking to expensive

Liked: Close to restaurants
Disliked: Beds are very uncomfortable. So bad that we actually left and found another hotel.

Exceptional

Very good

Liked: The hotel is in a great location, easy walk distance to the restaurants and shops, the beach is only a few minute walk. We stayed in the Kaʻiulani Wing which is unrenovated, but still comfy enough for 2 people. 4 would be a bit of a squeeze
Disliked: Nothing really, would definitely have upgraded to the pool view room.

Nice place to stay make...

Liked: Close to everything
Disliked: Noisy rooms from air conditioning. Breakfasts included but after paying $9000.00 to stay a piece of toast was extra. This really is the pits and because the gratuity is included there were certain staff that acted woefully. I complained and got nowhere.
