The staff are accommodating and...
Liked: Central location close to everything that you would want to see in Waikiki
Disliked: Early check-in wasn't possible on the day as it was fully booked I don't blame anyone for this. It just happens. There is an ongoing renovation at the lobby but it is not disrupting so, I guess it is okay.

Our stay was fantastic, with...
Liked: Our stay was incredible! The room was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable, with a bed that felt like a cloud and beautiful views to wake up to every morning. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable—they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful recommendations throughout our stay, their hospitality was top-notch. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!
Disliked: The only downside during our stay was that the elevators took a bit longer than expected. However, the staff informed us about it ahead of time and assured us it was being worked on, which we appreciated. It didn’t take away from the overall amazing experience, and we’d happily stay here again!

Disliked: Hidden stay fees of >$30 USD per night. Two weeks have passed since check out and the deposits on my card have not been released.

Very good
Liked: Staff and food.
Disliked: The elevators were very slow and wouldn't stop on the correct floor, at times. We used the service elevators instead of 25 minute wait.
