Nice hotel but use this...
Liked: Very polite front desk and housekeeping staff. the hotel was clean. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant opened up to the pool.
Disliked: On the first night of our stay, there was a leak coming from the AC. It was small so we left for a night on the town. We placed a trash can under the leak and once we returned the trash can was full. We called the front desk to inform them and the first thing they mentioned was that they were fully booked and could not move us but would send the maintenance dept. to the room. As soon as maintenance arrived at the room, they told us we would need to relocate so they could fix the problem. We informed that he front desk said that all room were full. Maintenance left and came back with a key. We had to move and it was already after 1am. they stated they put us in a room with a view because we had to move. The view was of the parking lot. This was our honeymoon and they gave a drink voucher to suffice. It wasn't until my wife went to the front desk and spoke to a manager. Once we spoke to the manager, we were given a credit for an inconvenience. The beds were not Queen sized it was closer to a Full size bed and very low to the floor.
