Beautiful hotel with nice rooms

Liked: The valet parking was very convenient as it was very cold that weekend. The valets and all the staff were friendly and pleasant. The coffee tea station was a 10 by itself.
Disliked: Came back early from a Christmas party and the bar was closed at about 11. Would have been nice if it stayed open later.

Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was weak.

Top shelf facility and team...

Liked: I've traveled all over the US and while getting one or two of the following is normal, all three is pretty unheard of: The hotel was very clean. I didn't see dust, mildew, or mold anywhere unlike several places I've been. The staff was both friendly AND efficient. This is usually enough to overcome other shortcomings at a hotel, but when there's nothing to overcome it's still fantastic. The dining was great. Good service, good drinks, high quality food that tasted great and was cooked the way you ordered it each time. 10/10 in all three areas.
Disliked: Paying for parking. No designated dog walking area.

Great location but not the...

Liked: The location is great!
Disliked: The hotel was not in the best condition. Our bathroom had peeling paint and a broken toilet paper holder and the tempting the room was very hot and we were not able to adjust it. Worst of all we all returned to the hotel at 11:00 to have a New Year’s Eve drink in the bar only to learn that they had just closed!!! Crazy!
