A very pleasant stay; I...

Liked: Loved the view of the river and city skyline, good food. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Room cleaning was excellent.
Disliked: Not enough bar staff for a Rotary convention; the staff were doing everything humanly possible, literally running from person to person. I heard that three bar stations were set up in an adjoining room for a selection of invited Rotary guests. Management probably should have transferred some of the staff from there to the main bar; Hotel needs to be able to adjust to conditions when a situation arises; that didn't happen.Some of the doors to rooms have difficulty closing, probably due to multiple coats of paint. This can and should be fixed. All the cleaning staff know which ones need attention.

Dirty room with a view

Liked: Location was nice, the view was great!
Disliked: Our room wasn't clean. It's obvious the people that stayed before us cleaned after themselves because the towels were hanging but felt hard like they dried. The pillows on the bed were by the foot of the bed. There was garbage in the cans, including a baby diaper. Then, housekeeping walked in at 930. It was not worth the $300 spent. Especially if it's going to be dirty.
