Liked: The hotel was clean, and the room looked exactly like the pictures online. The location was convenient and as advertised. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the high-quality shampoo and soaps provided in the bathroom.
Disliked: The air conditioning/heating unit in my room was extremely loud, which made it difficult to sleep (This might have been specific to my room, but it’s worth noting.). The biggest disappointment was the staff. I was not greeted warmly at check-in, and the front desk was often unattended when I walked by. When staff members were available, they were accomodating, but I never felt welcomed or treated like a valued guest, which detracted from the overall experience.
