Disliked: Toilet lowest I've ever seen, so hard sit down and get up. No grab bar, which made it most difficult. Phone was disgusting filthy. No overhead light so hard to look in suitcase.

Disliked: I picked the property because we had an early flight and they offered a shuttle. Well the shuttle did not start running for the time we needed so I had to pay for an uber anyway. The air conditioning did not work in the room. When tried to call front desk about air we discovered that the phone also did not work. Had to go down to front desk. They sent someone up who could not fix it and then we were told we had to switch rooms. This is now about 11:00 at night and we literally had to be up at 3:00am. I was very tired and frustrated. I paid way to much to have all of these issues. I received no compensation for all of these issues which made it even worse.
