Very nice city view room and a good deal.

Liked: High end property convenient to the Van Buren; great bed.

We loved the Sheraton Downtown...

Liked: Updated design, amazing lobby and bar, comfortable beds, huge workout center!
Disliked: Nothing. This place was perfect.

Liked: The room was very clean and well appointed.
Disliked: Elevators were very slow and over crowded.

Disliked: They didn’t follow through with my confirmation & gave me a room I didn’t want… and then offered only a $50 refund or credit

Very good hotel

Liked: The hotel is beautiful, it's in a great location and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff were great as well, and they cleaned my room everyday, which is a great bonus these days. I thought the restaurants were very good too, with very good meals. I was there for an event, and the catering for one of the social days was really amazing.
Disliked: The hotel was a bit noisy, even at night. It seemed like the noise was coming from an equipment (not the HVAC in the room).

Liked: The location of the hotel is in the center of Phoenix and lots of restaurants are nearby. The room was clean and spacious. In addition, the complimentary self parking was very nice.
Disliked: The breakfast options at the lounge can be improved to include further options.
