Excellent, super clean and value...

Liked: Super clean, excellent room size, bathroom was great, break was yummy and staff every where was super welcoming.
Disliked: underground parking could have exclusive area for hotel guest. but still convenient.

Liked: Within recent few years the hospitality industry went through the transformation and it became a challenge to find a hotel with good service. So it became a pleasant surprise when we were greeted at the front desk in very professional manner. Vitalina, a front desk representative, was friendly, personal, efficient and welcoming. The hotel was clean, the room was specious, and the location was also very convenient.

Good short stay

Liked: Hotel was very nice, one of the nicest I’ve stayed in in Toronto.
Disliked: I have yet to receive my security deposit back which is now preventing me from never coming back
