Liked: Staff at the front desk are friendly and the hotel is at a good location. It’s convenient to travel around.
Disliked: I traveled with two friends and we experienced bug bites issues on the legs, arms and back throughout our stay. We reported the issue to the hotel, but were not being taken seriously. The director of rooms mentioned in an email later that he would have a K9 examination for the bed bugs, and would send us an update personally within 72 hours. One and half week have passed, we haven’t received any follow up from the hotel. It was shocking to encounter bug bites issue in a Sheraton Hotel. It is uncertain what kind of bugs are in the room, but there are definitely some small fleas. It was stressful to stay in the hotel for four days.
