Fabulous Option in Park City...
Liked: Rooms are updated and great bathrooms. Everything was above expectations. Great facilities and indoor pool spa and gym. Great value for very overpriced area. The hotel's General Manager was always there to greet you and very accommodating. Really a special gem of a property that is a corporate brand. Also Ski Butler is right next door and shuttle to take you to base of Park City and Deer Valley is perfect. All staff is even better than some 5 star resorts I've stayed in!
Disliked: It was all great. Can't complain!

Will definitely book again.
Liked: Breakfast was very good. Although the hotel is not walking distance to the town, the shuttle dropped you off & picked you up upon a call. Very convenient. Great bar for après ski.

Bad
Disliked: I could not reach this property to help with my booking. I sent emails and phoned Sheraton corporate. No one at the property returned my requests.

Liked: The location. Many of the staff were kind and helpful. The shuttle was convenient.
Disliked: The lounge we paid extra for was lacking to out it nicely. The hotel was very noisy when we were trying to sleep.

It was a disappointment for...
Liked: I stayed at this hotel for three consecutive years during the same time of year, around the holiday season. I loved everything about it—the location, comfort, and excellent value for money. For the first two years, we had access to the Sheraton Club as Marriott Bonvoy members, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The club offered a special lounge with drinks, food, and breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed as part of the benefits…
Disliked: During our most recent stay, we were unpleasantly surprised to find our access to the Sheraton Club blocked. The manager simply stated that we were no longer eligible for access, claiming that the access we had enjoyed for the past two years had been due to a mistake. A mistake for two consecutive years? That seems odd, doesn’t it?As Marriott Bonvoy members, we arrived at the hotel expecting the same benefit we had always received, only to have it abruptly taken away without empathy or a coherent explanation. This turned what should have been an enjoyable stay into a major disappointment.At the very least, they could have provided a more reasonable explanation, such as clarifying that the rules had changed, and shown more sensitivity toward loyal customers spending their Christmas at the hotel.
