It was a disappointment for...

Liked: I stayed at this hotel for three consecutive years during the same time of year, around the holiday season. I loved everything about it—the location, comfort, and excellent value for money. For the first two years, we had access to the Sheraton Club as Marriott Bonvoy members, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The club offered a special lounge with drinks, food, and breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed as part of the benefits…
Disliked: During our most recent stay, we were unpleasantly surprised to find our access to the Sheraton Club blocked. The manager simply stated that we were no longer eligible for access, claiming that the access we had enjoyed for the past two years had been due to a mistake. A mistake for two consecutive years? That seems odd, doesn’t it?As Marriott Bonvoy members, we arrived at the hotel expecting the same benefit we had always received, only to have it abruptly taken away without empathy or a coherent explanation. This turned what should have been an enjoyable stay into a major disappointment.At the very least, they could have provided a more reasonable explanation, such as clarifying that the rules had changed, and shown more sensitivity toward loyal customers spending their Christmas at the hotel.

Our room was great, large...

Disliked: Restaurant food was good but service was slow...no one to help us get our things to our room. No one even asked if we needed help, but we managed after we found a luggage rack. Only one person at the desk, who was very busy. He was nice enough, just very busy.

Well priced in Park City,...

Liked: room was clean and we were moved to a better room that had an exterior window upon request. the complimentary shuttle to Main street was nice. the driver was friendly and the drop off & pick up was easy and reliable.
Disliked: We booked two rooms. Upon checking our room we discovered that the room did not have an exterior window, the window opened to an enclosed pool area below and the air that came in the window was very heavy with a chlorine smell. I have never stayed in a hotel that did not have a window that opened or looked to the outside. The good news is that the nice woman at the front desk found two adjoining rooms for us to move to that had windows that opened to the outside for fresh air and we had a view of the mountain. We were very happy from that time on. If there were no rooms available we would have moved to another hotel. The strong smell of chlorine instantly hurt my eyes and I'm sure it is very unhealthy to breath.

A very enjoyable stay at...

Liked: The front desk staff members throughout our stay were extremely helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Unfortunately, there was some construction on-going during the day to repair structural concrete in the parking area on the lower level. This is work is needed and was limited to weekday hours, which was acceptable to us since we were gone most of the day anyway. I am glad the facility is being properly maintained and that occupant safety is of utmost concern of the hotel manager (who we ran into one day outside the hotel entrance). He apologized for the disruption and thanked us for our patience while they made these important repairs which should be completed within the next few weeks.
