Liked: The staff were beyond excellent…extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly, and I mean ALL levels of staff — housekeeping, breakfast staff, waitstaff in the bar, front desk staff, and wonderful general manager.

Disliked: Room temps were uncomfortably warm. I like to sleep in very cool temps and between 4 rooms that we booked as a group, none of us could get out room temps low enough to have a comfortable night sleep. Also, we had a block of 4 rooms and check in for one of the rooms took over 45 minutes. They said it was still being cleaned and would be ready in 5 minutes. Check in time said 4:00 and we arrived at 4:15. When we finally got the key not compensation was offered even though we had just heard that being offered to a gentleman who also had to wait for a key. His wait was about 10 minutes.
