Great location

Liked: Location was good and next to public transport options. Did not see the restaurant, outside area, conference room or fitness. But overall it has a lit of great options. Friendly people at the desk.
Disliked: Not that clean (stains on floor and a part of the showerstand fell off during showering) and pricey compared to what you get. No bench or anything for my dog. Did not find the bed comfortable (soft soft pillows).

Liked: Beautiful location close to parks & shopsRooms comfortable with excellent mattress & pillows.
Disliked: Went for a bite to eat which was very nice When the bill came it was incorrect as it stated that I had 2 beers( I’ve never drank a beer in my life)… it took 3 goes to rectify this with the staff member insisting & challenging me that I had sat at the bar & drank ….which I hadn’t… (there were 2 other ladies at the bar with vaguely similar hair colour .. different outfits & with different partners )

Liked: Close to the market place and train station
Disliked: Furnishings are tired looking. Pillows are so flat and old and beds are soft too soft for our liking. Wonder why are the basic toiletries not placed in the bathroom? I have to ask from the counter. No kettle, no tea bags/coffee and no cups. Was told by staff free water is only for the day of check in although we know tap water is drinkable. Many people are not comfortable drinking tap water.

Quality went down aswell as...

Disliked: 1.) i booked a double bed. Getting to the room I found two queen beds. Asking why this change the answer was:“ be happy you got a room“ - unexpected and not an answer expect at a Sheraton. 2.) Asking how to get a beer after a 500km drive - the answer was: „I am not allowed to give you one neither the room service - order one with delivery by UBER! True it was 1:30 pm - but a non acceptable answer in a Sheraton 3.) breakfast: one person checking if you have booked a breakfast - no person available to serve a coffee. Eggs, bacon, sausages have been almost cold! Breakfast went down from the last stays over last years and not worth 23EUR

A terrible hotel. We complained...

Disliked: There was no aircon functioning in our room when we enter the room after our dinner. We call the housekeeping and said she cannot do anything and just gave us electric fan which we did not use it because we might get sick. We did not sleep the whole night because it was too hot.
