Liked: Great location in Times Square. Near the Shubert Theater and Central Park. Great rate. Upgraded us to Sheraton member card and gave us free Wifi. Starbucks in lobby. Nice rooms.
Disliked: Our toilet didn't always flush and we had to jiggle that thing in the toilet tank to get it to fill with water. The housekeeper never replenished our washcloths.

This hotel was okay, but would look at other options before staying here again.

I was very happy with the service. I was able to check in early with ease and check out was the same.

Although I had booked (3 nights) and paid extra for a King Bed, wifi and free bottled water, I received two doubles, wifi and NO water. I had to ask the concierge the next morning. My fridge was NOT restocked on a daily basis. I was originally charged for the waters and other random things, but had it corrected at checkout. Hotel room was clean and renovated. Would've been nice to have had fridge space for miscellaneous items. Would return again. Doormen were friendly and very helpful. Great location to Times Square, city tours, entertainment and food.

Disliked: Room was run down and toilets were visible poorly cleaned…you could see the sticky traces of urine underneath the toilet seat. I had coffee and it spilled slightly. It was not touched for 2 days. I paid 16.5$ a day for internet in my room. That was unbelievable!

Disliked: Hotel is dated and in need of and need of an update. Room was small smelled like mold, there was dust everywhere just overall kind of grimy you could hear the people next-door, and the hallways were very very loud at night with slamming doors. Maids didn’t come till late in the afternoon about three or four. Definitely nowhere near four or five star hotel best I would rate it is a three. Very disappointing for a Marriott Bonvoy hotel and definitely not worth 300+ a night.

Liked: Great location. Subway entrance just beside the hotel is a great plus. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Toiletries were a nice fragrance.
Disliked: The room was too small and view was not great. There was no bar fridge. Bottled water was not provided. Didn’t generally live up to the Sheraton name.
