Liked: The room was nice, the location was nice, the accessibility was nice. Hotel was clean. Bar and bar food were really good.
Disliked: The "heat" event had a ton of barely clothed children running around the hotel at all hours of the day and night. There should have been a warning for those of us who were not there for that event. Breakfast was typical hotel food. Not great. Bar raves about specialty cocktails online, but has no drink menu.You can order food from the bar to the room, but not full menu was available, which was weird since it had such a small menu anyway. Ordered a handicap accessible room because I find it hard to step into tubs without falling. Wish there were more walk in showers in hotels.

Liked: I loved how clean and quiet it was. The room was so spacious and the staff was so accommodating.
Disliked: The parking. I didnt realize I had to pay to park.

Liked: Very quiet room. Extremely comfortable beds. Lovely, spacious, comfortable lobby, bar and courtyard. Very clean hotel. The pool was clean and had a lovely view of planes taking off and landing. Impressive grounds driving up to hotel. All the staff were wonderful.
Disliked: Toilet was ridiculously low to the ground. Light by the front door flickered sometimes. Felt like the wifi should have been free. Although hooking up to wifi said it was $4.95/day (per device??) then it turns out we weren't charged for wifi. Confusing. Dinner food was mediocre for the price. Our room was quite a hike from the elevators and lobby since I walk with cane. The outdoor key fob did't work one day resulting in a long walk around to the front door. The hot tub surface was very rough (snagging swimsuit) and looked not clean.
