Excellent comfort, service, and location.
Liked: A perfect location. A well-equipped bar and comfortable rooms with a nice view of the airport. Decent breakfast restaurant and free coffee in the lobby.
Disliked: A lack of amenities made the hotel feel a bit dry.

Disappointing
Liked: Bed was fine... only there 4 hours.Had a flight cancellation.
Disliked: Shower did not work.After being in 3 airports the day before and 4 hours to rest..we desperately needed showers before heading back to airport.No shower working in our room.Hotel wouldn't compensate us because we booked thru booking.com.What do you do about that???

Poor
Liked: Bed very comfortable, shuttle
Disliked: Arriving at 1am after a long haul from South America with a lot of luggage to be assigned a room so far away from the elevators. We had no help so had to drag our suitcases through a conference area, across to an annex, then down a very long corridor. Finally the room was just across from the runway so we could not sleep in because of the noise. Do not let them book you into a room starting with 20!

A comfortable, convenient hotel near...
Liked: Good location, airport shuttle, really friendly staff and big comfortable rooms.
Disliked: My colleague and I both had the experience that our showers were only warm, not hot, and the shower basin was filling up with water and not draining well. Also, as I was traveling for business, I had multiple packages delivered to the hotel to hold for me in the days leading up to my arrival. It took three separate visits to the front desk for them to find all of my packages. So I'd say they need to pay more attention to their plumbing, and to how they store and label packages for guests.
