Liked: Quiet room.
Disliked: TV bad reception. Air Con. Thermostat not working.Room light's out of whack. Rm: 427

Excellent facility and staff.

Liked: Large, clean room with a comfortable bed. Great view. Good restaurant. Waiter Fernando was extremely polite, helpful, and has some facility with English. Good location. Lots within walking distance. Good resources for recharging computers and related equipment (USB ports available).
Disliked: Would have liked to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Liked: Location is great
Disliked: Maintenance is not that great: rugs are dusty, windows are filthy (cannot see a thing), coffee service has not sugar, cream or a spoon. The bedroom has a weird odor. There was no soap in the ladies room of gym area. TV channels offer could be better.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Nothing, the first room they gave us was dirty, hair and stains all over the bed, they moved us to a new one and the AC did not worked, they did not want to move us until a maintenance person that took about 30 min (all this around 4:00am) , finally they gave us another one, but still the ac temperature was not comfortable. Do not recommend. Stay away from this hotel.
