OK value for the price. Liked the safe walk to the Dakota.

Liked: Location to the Dakota Jazz Club.
Disliked: No amenities in the room. Only 2 paper cups which leaked for coffee in the AM.

Loved the room. Food was excellent. Staff, from valet to the front desk staff, were superb! The price was considerably lower than the (less the great) hotels in the area.

Liked: Rooms and staff.
Disliked: Construction and elevators.

Ok for a short stay...

Liked: Convenient to the convention center via the skywalk.
Disliked: No self serve coffee in the lobby. Hotel is a bit rundown and needs a refresh.

The room was okay, the...

Liked: It was connected to the convention centre.
Disliked: No elevator from the parking garage, therefore no carts could be utilized to transport the luggage . No working air conditioner in my room.

It was passable

Liked: It was close to the convention center
Disliked: Everything else. It was dated. Staff was unpleasant. Amenities were nonexistent. Bar was pathetic.
