Liked: The staff is AMAZING!! Mr. Sezai went over and beyond for me and my son. He was so patient and kind. And because of that reason we book an extra week to stay. Thank andThank you sir. Also Ms. Ladeja was also extremely supportive and represented the company very well. She made me feel so welcome just like Mr. Sezai. Thank you both and The Sheraton! My favorite hotel. You will always get my business. Thank you for knowing and showing that how you treat people is important.

Liked: Easy to get to once we learned where it was
Disliked: We asked for housekeeping each morning we were there. No one showed! I and my husband had one towel each for our use We were there 3 nights. Our bed and bedding was not like other Marriott brand hotels. Bathroom was horribly tiny. Only room for one person
