Nice hotel, but housekeeping started knocking at the door at 10 a.m. and then every 30 minutes til we left. Checkout was before noon. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.

Liked: The staff was very helpful it was very covenant to the renascence center.
Disliked: The only thing is we got stuck in the elevator and waited about 10 minutes before they got us out.

Liked: Everything was great until the next morning and we were the only ones that were not there for the marathon race. We were never told when the race was going to be before and when we needed to be checked out.
Disliked: The whole downtown was shut down for the marathon and we had no idea.
