Disliked: Stains on doona. Staff offering some guests a welcome drink but not others. Be more discreet or explain as does not promote desire to return. Breakfast omelette ordinary as was selection of pastries

Disliked: Housekeeping was poor. Always forget to give tissue paper and bath liquid refill.

Stay was mostly ok but...

Liked: Bed was comfortable, Great location, Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Would be nice to have parking for guests, even though its just down the road at was frustrating to have to drive up 5 flights., probably some more information on the website about it would be helpful.Would include barista made coffee in the breakfast charge. Room had no mini bar, and things seemed a bit dated and not 100% clean, just dusty and a few stains on things. our view was terrible, could see building very close and all windows were extremely dirty.

beyond my expectations! amazing!

Liked: i had a room directly in front of the lifts but it was still so quiet. the staff were beyond incredible - answering my every need and want promptly and with elegance. i absolutely loved staying here!
