It’s convenient location doesn’t make...

Liked: The property was a great location with easy access to many different places
Disliked: Housekeeping didn’t tend to my room as they should have. The dirty towels stayed on the floor, my trash cans weren’t emptied and the coffee wasn’t replenished. I went to the lobby to get a cup of coffee with hopes they would have some complimentary but 👎. Nothing is complimentary.

Liked: Emanuel was once again friendly and personable. He remembered our names from our Thanksgiving stay.
Disliked: Location is hard to get, but it’s not a deal breaker.
