Exceptional
Liked: Everything was great, especially Rolanda at the front desk at check-in. My son and I were there for a very early appointment at Children's Hospital across the bridge in downtown Louisville. Rolanda went above and beyond for us. She is truly an asset to this establishment!
Disliked: The beds, in my opinion, were not comfy, BUT, when you sleep somewhere else other than your own bed, you can expect that. It would not deter me from staying here again.

Horrible front desk worker.
Liked: Very friendly bartender.
Disliked: Front desk worker didn’t know how to work computer, couldn’t find my reservation, told me I’d have to rebook at higher rate or call Marriott, and when I objected and provided proof of reservation and payment, an unidentified employee who was leaning against the check-in desk threatened to remove me from premises. When I kept showing the front desk worker proof that I’d already paid and had a reservation, she finally relented. Later that night, I spoke to the night manager, who was very helpful and confirmed that I was not being double-billed and that the front desk worker doesn’t know how to work the computer. Will never stay at this hotel again.

MEDIOCRE AT BEST
Liked: The front desk people were very nice.
Disliked: There is no refrigerator or microwave in any room. I am diabetic and carry insulin with me in a cooler. We put the insulin in the refrigerator overnight. We chill the blue ice overnight. We noticed it didn't have either. (What hotel, especially a Sheraton, doesn't have a refrigerator or microwave in the room?)The front desk moved us to a room with a refrigerator. No microwave but a refrigerator. For the price we paid, it should have both! Also, they serve breakfast for a price! $12.95 each. We had paid with the reservation, they argued with my husband that we didn't pay.He came back to the room and got the reservation and proved to the front desk that we paid for breakfast. The breakfast that we paid for was mediocre, and we will never stay at this Hotel again.

Liked: The staff was super nice
Disliked: Jacuzzi was out of order...the rooms were not quite what I expected. Got a king suit upgraded, and it was the same exact room as the one I chose. The pool had way too much chlorine and other guest were a little standoffish.

Deception
Liked: I canceled my reservation at the front desk because the amenities I paid extra for were unavailable. I was not offered a discount. I just came in from a long drive and was tired because of sheraton's refusal to work with me I had to figure out where I was going to stay that night because I wasn't going to pay the money if I wasn't going to be able to use the swimming pool and hot tub that I paid extra for. It was a real inconvenience. also I called earlier that day to make sure my ESA animals were accepted and nothing was said about the situation with the swimming pool and hot tub me and I won't consider Sheraton again
Disliked: Stop charging your customers full amount when you can't offer full service
