Great 5 stars hotel

Liked: Every staff is very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: I fell! In front of spa entrance, it was wet. And I had no choice besides walking through the door. Though I was careful, I slipped. There´s a front counter but no one was there.

Not worth the price. 4-star...

Liked: The location was great and close to anything you might want to visit or might need access to. Cabs and ubers were always available and a metro station was nearby. We got a great massage at the beautiful spa. The staff were nice enough and we appreciated the treats after checkout.
Disliked: The room has not been updated for a while. It seemed like there was a door for the toilet but was removed and never replaced. The AC was loud. Our “club room” with the city view was looking at the ugly rooftop of the building next door, that room should be a standard room only. The breakfast was also disappointing for a 5-star hotel.
