Not worth the price. 4-star...

Liked: The location was great and close to anything you might want to visit or might need access to. Cabs and ubers were always available and a metro station was nearby. We got a great massage at the beautiful spa. The staff were nice enough and we appreciated the treats after checkout.
Disliked: The room has not been updated for a while. It seemed like there was a door for the toilet but was removed and never replaced. The AC was loud. Our “club room” with the city view was looking at the ugly rooftop of the building next door, that room should be a standard room only. The breakfast was also disappointing for a 5-star hotel.

Lovely hotel, great service but...

Liked: Breakfast was really nice but on the expensive side but a great selection of food available. Staff were amazing, the Manager even came over to see how we were finding it. The staff seemed to be positive, which makes me think they are well looked after, which is nice to see!
Disliked: The hotel seemed quite dark , going into the lobby and looking to the left where the bar is seemed a bit gloomy , so did the hall ways leading up to the rooms Breakfast- over priced

Liked: The hotel is modern with exceptional amenities, spacious rooms, and staff. It is ideally situated in the central area of Lisbon.
Disliked: There is limited space for vehicles around the hotel which was not a problem for us or for anyone not using his or her own vehicle.
