Perfect for a NYC break

Liked: Perfectly located, spacious rooms and helpful staff
Disliked: Nothing!

NYC trip 2025

Liked: Stayed for 5 days. Hotel clean and staff friendly and accommodating. Had on-site resturant but food left a lot to be desired. Great location if staying a day or 2 when visiting, we stayed 5 days and it cost a lot for travel to and from hotel to NYC. Ferry $10 one way and it was quite a bit over the week for 2 of us, too bad hotel didn't offer free ferry shuttles this would definitely be a real attraction..

A very disturbed expensive night

Disliked: Very noisy room 1019 sounded like a heavy washing machine spinning all night! I assume heating system.

Disliked: Don't give your card for any reason!I prepaid the whole amount through booking on Feb 7th, 2025 and the double charged me from the hotel at the check in! I am trying to get my money back.

Liked: If you want a quiet place to stay, still ten minutes from manhattan this might be it.Next to ferry Lincoln Harbor ($20 vv)
Disliked: Bit overpriced with $239 p/nI upgraded for a room with a view although partly blocked view by other buildings and windows are very dirty so bit waste of money if you ask me Parking $35
