Good but could be better

Liked: The location couldn’t be better. Staff was very nice and restaurant was good! Hotel needs updating and no soap or towels in our room. Staff took care of it quickly, but should have been there to begin with. Sofa bed was Aweful! Not worth pulling out, should have slept on couch. All in all, would probably stay again just because location and staff.

Great hotel to stay if...

Liked: Great location. Bus to the city just around the corner

Liked: Great location. Just one bus stop away from NY Port Authority Bus Terminal. Great grocery and eating out options in a 10 min walking distance. Rooms were spacious, mattresses comfortable. Great value !

Disliked: Close to restaurants

Excellent hotel, boring surroundings.

Liked: View of NYC from our room was phenomenal.
Disliked: Breakfast not included in price

Comfortable, convenient and great location.

Liked: Great location with views of New York city. Access to the ferry just steps away.
Disliked: We had a large, spacious room. Very comfortable bed but the decor was outdated with peeling wallpaper, old carpetand no USB outlet. Nothing that would deter me from coming back but for the price I expected a bit more.

Disliked: Ion dint like when I went to have breakfast n I want it a booth n waitress say no they WER expecting lots of people so she put me in a 2 seat n only 2 people WER eating.
